The day before your fresh flower order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to assist you in tracking your shipment at FedEx.com. To ensure our fresh flower quality guarantee, you or someone must sign for the shipment upon delivery. Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the shipment. No signature on the delivery receipt voids any flowers quality guarantee as we are not responsible for perishable flowers left outside your door. In the event, you miss your delivery; call FedEx with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. J R Roses is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather or any other reason, including the buyer entering incorrect or incomplete delivery address. FedEx has a fee of $20 for updating the shipping address or redirecting the shipment to a different address. Should an address correction be needed after shipment is in the carrier’s hands, the $20 fee will be billed to the buyer. To avoid this, please ensure you write your order information correctly and review it before submitting it. Please ensure to include a good contact number with your order in case FedEx has to contact you. JR Roses is not responsible for any shipments left outside your door, stolen, damaged, or poor quality as a result of being left outside. Pricing on our website are for shipments to the United States.
Refund and Guarantee
We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers upon delivery. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you must notify us on the same day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request part of or the entire product back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No product should be discarded unless you have written approval by us. A signature is required upon delivery. No signature on the FedEx receipt will avoid any guarantee. Refunds over $250 will be issued in the form of a store credit. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays or acts beyond our control. We suggest customers to schedule the flowers to arrive 2-3 days before the event to all time to prep the flowers and allow time should a replacement be needed. We provide fresh flower care instructions on our website and in your order, we are not responsible for poor quality flowers due to customer neglect, leaving the flowers in extreme temperatures, not cutting stems and placing flowers in water, not re cutting and changing the water to extend product life every 2-3 days.
Notice to cancel an order must be received by email referencing your order number seven days before the delivery date for a full refund. A 15% nonrefundable fee of the invoice amount will apply to all orders canceled within seven days of the scheduled delivery date.
Should a substitution be necessary, we will contact you to offer you options of equal or higher value. You may request a refund if you don’t agree to a substitution. Unlike other online vendors, we will not send out flowers you didn’t order hoping you will like them. All efforts to contact you and work with you will be made by us. We don’t like to fall short of your expectations; however dealing with fresh flowers is dealing with Mother Nature and due to bad weather, low crop production or transportation delays, a substitution may be necessary.
Pricing & Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or quantity amount due to either a display error or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an item that was priced incorrectly, J R ROSES has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed or conveyed at the incorrect price or quantity amounts. J R ROSES has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, J R ROSES will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge. Flower prices displyed on our website are subject to change without notice. The flower stock market is similiar to the fruits and vegetable stock market, prices flucuate base on supply and demand, weather and increase in the cost of fuel.
Monitor setting may cause the flowers to look lighter or darker depending on each buyer’s video display. Buyer should allow and be aware of slight variations in the color shade. Expect Mother Nature to sometimes have some slight color variations within the same crop of flowers.
Limitation of Liability
Flowers are not to be used for consumption. Fresh flowers contain pollen and may cause allergies to some people. Some flowers have been painted and may stain fabrics and clothing such as wedding dresses. Rose petals maybe a slip and fall hazard when decoration smooth floors, use caution and decorate at your own risk. Roses have thorns and may prick fingers or tear fabrics. Avoid small children handling/ playing with roses. Buyer agrees, the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our store will be the price of the product ordered. In no event will our company, directors, officers or employees be held liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold. Applicable Law Buyer agrees, any disputes with J R Roses will be governed by the store policy and the laws of the State of Florida.
Right to Refuse Service
JR Roses reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
