We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers. If you’re not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request the flowers be shipped back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds or replacement will be made without timely notification and assigned claim number. Flowers are perishable and should not be left outside your door. Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery. No signature on the FedEx delivery receipt will void any guarantee.
Cancellation & Refunds
Request to cancel order must be receive by email seven days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled within seven days of delivery date.
