Our flowers come from premium South American farms. We inspects all our flowers at our Miami facility before shipping to insure quality and customer satisfaction. How are the flowers packaged and shipped?
For fast and reliable delivery, we've partnered with FedEx to ship all our fresh flowers by overnight service. The fresh flowers will arrive in a fresh flower industry cardboard shipping box. The box size is 41" x 10" x 7" Approx. weight 18 lb.

Would I be able to choose a delivery date?
During the check out process, you will have a space to enter a delivery date. Please keep in mind, our delivery days are Tuesday- Friday. Please make sure the delivery date falls on a Tue.-Fri. On weekend events, we suggest a Thursday delivery.

How early may I place my order?
You may place the order up to one month from your selected delivery date. If you would like to place an order more than a month from your delivery date, please contact us by filling out a price quote request form.

How late may I place my order?
Popular items like fresh red petals, white roses, pink roses, mix color roses and red roses are available for quick delivery. In order to insure a specialty color rose, place your order with 10 day notice of your delivery date.
However, we're great with last minute orders too, so check with us by e-mail or phone.

How many flowers come in a bundle/ bunch of flowers?
Roses and Carnations come in bundles of 25 stems each. Many other filler flowers like Baby's Breath, Mini-Carnations, Statice, Pompons and Asters are packed by weight in bundles of 7-10 stems.

I just received my roses and I think my order is short?
Don’t panic. The roses come pack 25 stem per bundle. If viewing the bundle from the top, at first glance you will only see about twelve rose bloom showing. The roses come wrap in a double (top and low)layer. If you count the bottom stems, you will get a correct count of 25.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, normally we don’t deliver on Saturday in order to save our customers the additional $12.00 FedEx Saturday Surcharge Fee. You will need to visit our "Special Orders" link to tag on the Saturday Fee, one $12 fee per box.

I want my flowers delivered on Monday, why is this not possible?
To insure the perishable products quality, we don’t ship fresh flowers over the weekend.
The flowers may lay over the weekend in a warehouse awaiting a Monday delivery.

I’m getting married on a Saturday, when should I schedule the flowers to arrive?
Thursday, we suggest you schedule your delivery date 48 hr. before your event. This allows time for you to prep the flowers. see our "Flower Care" link for more information. If you need it in a hurry, we maybe able to help with last minute orders or last minute cancelations from other vendors too! We have been known to come to the rescue of customers who have recieved last minute cancelations, telling them they will not be able to deliver on their promises.

Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is added to orders shipped outside the state of Florida. Florida tax exempt customers with a Tax ID must enter code: FLTAX during check-out and include the Tax ID # in the comments section.

Do you ship out side the United States?
At present time, we currently only ship in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. A shipping surcharge applies to Hawaii and Alaska deliveries. Please visit the "store policy" link for more details on shipping.
