Payments
Major Credit Cards, PayPal and prepaid orders by Western Union or U.S. Postal Money Orders, only. Online credit card orders are automatically process by the system upon order submit not delivery date. If using Paypal E-checks, please be advice the funds could take up to 5 business days to clear and no orders with "pending payment" will be shipped. When sending a Money Order payment include your order # and mail 10 days before delivery to insure a no "pending payment" delay. Sorry, no C.O.D orders.

Refund/ Cancellation
We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers on arrival. If you're not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request all the product back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds will be made after the day of delivery. A signature is required upon delivery. No signature on the FedEx bill will void guarantee for returns or refund. We’re not responsible for weather related delays or acts of God beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received 7-days before the delivery date. A 20% cancellation fee will be charge. No refunds on cancellations within 7-days of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping to the United States only. All flowers shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight.
Small box $9.95 and $24.95 for Large box.
Additional $12.00 per box for Saturday delivery and $15 per box fuel surcharge for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska.
During check out, you may select your delivery date. If it's a next day order, it must be place by 11:00 A.M. Eastern time for next day delivery. Delivery time is by 10:30 A.M. to business addresses. Allow extra time for residential and rural addresses. A tracking number will be e-mailed the day before delivery. During check out, please choose a Tue.-Fri delivery date. For weekend events, we suggest Thursday delivery. No deliveries on Monday or Sunday possible. Customers in rural areas or customers requesting Saturday delivery: Please confirm FedEx makes deliveries to your location by calling 1-800 GO FEDEX
Limitation of Liability
Flowers are not to be use for consumption. Some flowers may stain fabrics, wedding dress. Slip hazard if petals use on smooth floors. Roses have thorns that may prick skin or fabrics. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall our company, directors, officers or employees be held liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold. Due to flower market conditions, we reserve the right to update our prices with out notice.
Privacy Policy: No customer information is ever shared or sold to a third party. We don't store credit card info and shred papers before placing in the trash.
