Where do the flowers come from and how is the quality?

Our flowers come from selected South American farms, mostly Ecuador. Unlike other vendors, that simply drop ships your order and don’t personally inspect the product. JRROSES inspects all products at our Miami facility to insure quality and customer satisfaction.

Our quality is top notch and we back it up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. See our store info link for more details.

How are the flowers shipped and may I select a delivery date?

For fast and reliable delivery, we have partnered with FedEx to ship all our products.

During the check out process, you will have a space to enter your delivery date. Please keep in mind, our delivery days are Tuesday- Friday (make sure your delivery date falls on a Tue-Fri).

The product will arrive in a floral industry standard secure corrugated shipping box, just like a wholesale florist would receive. Unlike other vendors with the fancy pretty boxes (cost added on to you), what matters most at JRROSES and to our customers, is the quality inside the box.

I just received my roses and I was shorted, what now?

Don’t panic. The roses come pack 25 stem per bundle. If viewing the bundle from the top, at first glance you will only see about twelve rose bloom showing.

The roses come wrap in a double (top and low)layer. If you count the bottom stems, you will get a correct total of 25. Sorry for the scare…but this is the floral industry standards on packaging.

Why don’t you deliver on Saturday?

If requested, we will. Normally we don’t, in order to save our customers an additional $15.00 FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge per package.

I want my fresh roses delivered on Monday, why is this not possible?

To insure the perishable products quality, we don’t ship fresh roses over the weekend. The roses may get held in a hot warehouse awaiting a Monday delivery.

I’m getting married on a Saturday, what day should I schedule the fresh roses to arrive?

As a suggestion, schedule your delivery date 48hrs before your event. This allows time for you to condition the roses and gives you a fuller bloom rose.

Since rose petals don’t require water, you may schedule them to arrive 2-3 days before the event.

We have sent last minute orders to arrive 24hrs before events, mostly to Las Vegas. We wonder, why?

I don't have a credit card or don't pay with CC online, what other options?

Our payment system is secure. It allows for you to pay by electronic check, if you don’t have a CC. However, we do accept U.S. Postal or Western Union Money Orders mailed in 7-10-days before your schedule delivery day. Sorry, no C.O.D orders.
