1. How much is shipping?
Free to the continental United States on orders over $150.  Orders under $150 only pay $19.95 s/h. Alaska and Hawaii orders have a $25 per box surcharge. All request for Saturday deliveries have an additional FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge fee of $15 per box.

2. Where do the flowers come from?
Our flowers come from premium farms in South American, Thailand, Holland and other parts of the world. We inspect the flowers at our Miami facility before shipping to insure quality and customer satisfaction.

3. What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Paypal and checks by phone. No C.O.D orders.

4. How are the flowers packaged and shipped?
For fast and reliable delivery, we've partnered with FedEx to ship all our fresh flowers by priority overnight services. The fresh flowers will arrive in a floral industry cardboard shipping box. On most items, the box size is 41" x 10" x 7" Approx. weight 18 lb.

5. Am I able to choose a delivery date?
Yes, during the check out process, you will have a space to enter a delivery date. Our delivery days are Tuesday- Friday. Saturday delivery has an additional $15 per box charge.

6. How early and/ or late may I place my order?
We suggest you place your order with a minimum of 7 days notice of the delivery date. You may place orders up to one month from your delivery date. If you would like to place an order more than a month from your delivery date, please contact us by e-mail. We're great with last minute orders too.  Check with us if you find yourself stuck by another vendor and need our help, we will try our best.

7. I just received my roses order and I think my order is short?
The roses come pack 25 stem per bundle. If viewing the bundle from the top, at first glance you will only see twelve rose bloom showing. The roses come wrap in a double layers. If you count the bottom stems, you will get a correct count of 25.

8. Why don't you deliver on Mondays?
To insure the flowers quality, we don’t ship fresh flowers to arrive on Mondays. The flowers may lay over the weekend in a FedEx warehouse.

9. I’m getting married on a Saturday, when should I schedule the flowers to arrive?
We suggest you schedule your delivery date 48 hr before your event. This allows time for you to prep the flowers. See our "Flower Care" link for more information. If you need it in a hurry, we maybe able to help with last minute orders.

10. Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is added to orders shipped outside the state of Florida. Florida tax exempt customers with a Tax ID must enter code: FLTAX during check-out and include the Tax ID # in the comments section.

11. Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, FedEx Saturday Surcharge is an additional $15 per box.
