If paying with a E-checks, please be advice the funds could take up to 5 business days to clear and no orders with "pending payment" will be shipped. When sending a Money Order payment include your order # and mail 10 days before delivery to insure a no "pending payment" delay.

Refund/ Cancellation
We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers on arrival. If you're not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request all the product back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds will be made with out a timely notification or claim number. A signature is required upon delivery. No signature on the FedEx bill will void guarantees. We’re not responsible for weather related delays or acts of God. Please schedule flowers to arrive 48 hr. to avoid any posible delay.
Cancellation Policy: Notice must be receive 7 days before the delivery date, no fees. A 10% charge for cancellations within five days of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping to the United States only. All flowers shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight.
Shipping to the 48 Continental United States is $10 per box/ item. Alaska and Hawaii delivery is $25.00 per box/ item. Deliver dates are Tuesaday - Friday. A FedEx $12.00 per box charge for Saturday deliveries applies to all United States Orders.
We suggest to place your order with a minimum of seven days before the deliver date. We further suggest, you schedule deliver 48 hr. before your event.
During check out, you will have a spot to enter your delivery date. If it's a next day order, it must be place by 11:00 A.M. EST time for next day delivery. Delivery time is by 10:30 A.M. to business addresses. Allow extra time for residential and rural addresses. A tracking number will be e-mailed the night before delivery. During check out, you will be allowed to choose your delivery date. For weekend events, we suggest Thursday delivery. No deliveries on Monday or Sunday dates. Customers in rural areas or customers requesting Saturday delivery: Please confirm FedEx has services to your zip code by calling 1-800 GO FEDEX
Limitation of Liability
Flowers are not to be use for consumption. Some flowers may stain fabrics like, wedding dress. Slip hazard if flowers/ petals use on smooth floors. Roses have thorns that may prick skin or fabrics. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall our company, directors, officers or employees be held liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold.
