We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers. If you're not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request all the product back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds will be made with out a timely notification or claim number. A signature is required upon delivery. No signature on the FedEx bill will void any guarantee. Any refund over $100 will be issued in the form of a store credit. We’re not responsible for FedEx delays, weather delays or acts of God. We suggest customers to schedule the flowers to arrive two days before the event.
Cancellation Policy: Notice must be received seven days before the delivery date for a full refund. A 15% fee for cancellations will apply to orders canceled within five days of delivery.
Shipping to the United States only. All flowers shipped by FedEx Priority to your door.
Shipping to the Continental United States is $19.98 per box. Alaska and Hawaii delivery is $45.00 per box. Delivery dates are Tuesday - Friday. Additional $15.00 per box for Saturday delivery.
We suggest to place your order with a minimum of seven days before the delivery date. We further suggest, you schedule delivery 48 hr. before your event.
During check out, you will have a spot to enter your delivery date. If it's a next day order, it must be place by 11:00 A.M. EST time for next day delivery. Normal delivery time is by 10:30 AM to a business addresses. Allow extra time for residential and rural addresses. A tracking number will be e-mailed the night before delivery. For Saturday events, we suggest a Thursday delivery. No deliveries on Monday or Sunday. Customers in rural areas or customers requesting Saturday delivery: Please confirm FedEx has services to your zip code by calling 1-800 GO FEDEX. Let them know the packages is coming from zip code 33122
We are are not responsible for flowers delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. Not responsible for poor quality flowers resulting from delays from customer requesting the flowers be re-routed to a different address while in transit.
Limitation of Liability
Flowers are not to be use for consumption. Some flowers may stain fabrics like. Slip and fall hazard from roses petals use to decorate floor. Roses have thorns that may prick skin or fabrics. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall our company, directors, officers or employees be held liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold.
